This hotel offers great value for money. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved having direct access to the garden, especially for the kids. The location is perfect for skiing in Arcalis and exploring the beautiful mountains around.

The hotel's location just by the river made it easy to park at the main entrance and had private car park. Great location close to the ski slopes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and had good advice on what to do in the area. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped.
The apartment was not as clean as it should have been – it had a bad smell, and the bathroom had mold. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom, and no toilet paper.

Enjoyed spending the New Year in this wonderful hotel with my family. The views from the apartment were breathtaking and the cozy atmosphere helped us to feel at home. The location was perfect for skiing as the slopes were just a short drive away. The fully-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our own meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
Although the apartment was spacious, the beds were a bit uncomfortable and could have been better. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak and only worked in the lobby area, which was a bit inconvenient. we had a great experience at the hotel, but these minor issues kept us from giving it a perfect score.
